AMGO Conference, Milan

Friday, March 23, 2018, was held in Milan the fourth edition of the National Pediatric Ophthalmology Conference AMGO. The event was held at the prestigious Institute for the Blind in Milan and among the 260 participants were ophthalmologists, orthoptists and opticians who gathered to discuss visual system dysfunctions in children.

The project was born in 2012 at the Istituto dei Ciechi Francesco Cavazza and is now being strengthened and expanded throughout Italy with the aim of promoting a culture of vision health in children.

As usual, the following day citizens were given the opportunity to take advantage of a free visual screening program to which participated over 200 preschool children.
